We pour our hearts into handcrafting each item, so please allow 1-5 business days for production after you place your order. If there's a special promotion or campaign going on, it might take an extra 1-2 business days for delivery. Embrace sustainability and own a unique piece - a win-win for you and the planet! 🪐

Pay securely at HUES STUDIOS with iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE), or PayPal. We prioritize your privacy and never see your personal data. All prices include 21% VAT. 💳

Where is my order

Order placed? Awesome!

You'll receive a confirmation email right away, letting you know everything went smoothly. Once your order is carefully packed and ready to embark on its journey, we'll send you another message with a tracking number. This way, you can follow its progress every step of the way!

If you chose delivery to a parcel point, rest assured your package will be waiting for you at a nearby post office or store, close to the address you provided. We'll let you know the moment it arrives with a text message or email, so you can pick it up at your convenience! 📦

How do I make a return

We handcraft each item with love and care, but sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, no worries! Just send us an email at info@huesstudios.nl within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll guide you through the return process smoothly.

To make things easy, please return the product in the same condition you received it. We want to make sure everyone has a satisfied experience with us, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need help. We're here to listen and make things right! 🤝

Just a heads-up: return shipping is on you, but for damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days or 48 hours, respectively, and we'll sort it out. Once your return arrives in good condition, we'll process your refund ASAP and credit it back to your account.
